2024 has been a transformative year, marked by extraordinary milestones and committed collaboration. Together, we’ve reinforced our leadership in independent luxury hospitality, achieving results that set new benchmarks for success and reaffirm our legacy as the unrivaled leader in luxury.

Our community of hoteliers continues to inspire with a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Exploration and discovery remain at the heart of travel for today’s curious travelers, and we’ve risen to meet their growing demand for unforgettable stays through creativity and a commitment to excellence.

In 2024, we saw a remarkable rise in satisfaction among our hoteliers, as reflected in the December Hotelier Survey. Our Net Promoter Score reached an impressive 78, climbing steadily from 71.3 earlier in the year and at the close of 2023. Participation also broke records, with 754 hoteliers from 368 hotels sharing their valuable insights. We are proud of these results, which reinforce our commitment to delivering meaningful support to our members.

As we celebrate these achievements, we also look ahead to an exciting year filled with opportunities to strengthen our community, introduce new initiatives, and reach new heights of success together.
